We are not the type of business to take your money and leave you with a bunch of problems to sort out afterwards.
As we ourselves live locally, we are able to offer informal advice on connection to the utilities. We can put you in touch with reputable builders who we have used in the past, and other professionals who can help with applications for planning permission and so on. Our property has been carefully chosen (we buy them first so we have to be careful!) to ensure water and electricity are on site or easily obtainable. For certain properties solar electricity will be required but this will be clearly stated on the property details.
