Land Our GPS gives 4,220m2 - gently sloping land all reachable by small tractor. Pine forest to the rear of the ruin, fruit trees around the ruin and to the front. Was very overgrown but is now cleared - good soil. Nice long distance views to front.
Pros A good all-rounder. Nice size land and building, private but close to amenities.
