Introduction Private and secluded stone ruin to rebuild\renovate in forested, yet open surroundings. Terraced land with stone walls ends with a steam at the lowest terrace. lots of grape vines and olive trees, as well as eucalyptus and pines. Sunny, private, flat part at upper point gives possibility to park a caravan.

Land 4242m2 (as measured by our GPS) of terraced land on a small valley side. The land has a flattish part above the ruin where a caravan or yurt could be situated in the first instance. Below the ruin, the land is terraced with plenty of olive trees and grape vines. The lowest terrace is very shady (and overgrown) and there is a small stream running here.
Pros Good price, nice little property
Cons There are some power lines running above the property. They are not too intrusive as the pylons are away to each side, but they do run directly above the land. We measured the EMR at the propery and it is within safe limits.
